Lost $160 on a website gig from a cafe meetup, my fault really
Met this lady at Satellite Coffee on Central, she wanted a small business site and seemed fine. Took the $160 deposit, spent 3 days building it, then she ghosted me when I asked for the rest. Learned to check if someone has an actual office or just a cute story about their startup, has anyone else gotten burned by a coffee shop client?
