Last Thursday our team fed 8 months of support logs into a new model and it found a billing bug no one caught
We trained a small classifier on 40k old tickets at work and by Friday it flagged a refund loop that was quietly costing us $2,100 a month, which honestly felt like finding money in a jacket, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has actually shipped something real from a weekend side project or just me.

40k tickets is training data, not support logs you fed in.
