My coworker said air fryer wings are just baked wings and I made him try 12 of mine
My coworker Dave told me at lunch on Tuesday that air fryer wings are basically oven wings with extra steps. I told him he was dead wrong and brought 12 wings to the office the next day. I do 400 degrees for 22 minutes, flipping once at the 12 minute mark, and they come out with skin that actually crackles. He ate four and admitted the outside was way crispier than what he gets in his oven. His oven takes 45 minutes and still leaves the skin rubbery. So where do you all stand on this, is the air fryer actually better for wings or am I just fooling myself?
