Cell phone interference taught me to stop using cheap transformers
Back in 2022 I put in a DSC system over in Fresno and kept getting ghost alerts at 2am. Turned out the bargain brand power supply was letting RF bleed through from a neighbor's cell booster. Swapped to a proper UL listed transformer and the nuisance trips vanished overnight. Anyone else run into interference issues with knockoff power gear?

Yeah that RF bleed from cheap transformers is a classic, and it gets way worse once you add any kind of smart device or cellular gear nearby. I've seen it where the ghost trips only happen during certain hours too, which makes it a nightmare to track down unless you already know the pattern.
