inWalked through a new condo complex yesterday and saw 3 different agents from the same brokerage showing the same unit
Were all three agents from the same team or just the same brokerage? That makes a big difference in how they handle the overlap.

inBrought my dog to a coworking space in Denver and it went sideways fast
Saw a guy's husky trip over a power strip at a place in Austin once, sent papers flying everywhere like confetti. The owner just kinda laughed it off and offered to buy the dude a coffee. I told him he was lucky it wasn't a laptop or something expensive. Figuring out how to pay for the damage is the worst part, especially if you don't have renters insurance or something. Hopefully the monitor person was chill about it, cause dogs are gonna do dog stuff no matter how "cool" the workspace tries to be.

inVent: Everyone talks about cost of living but nobody mentions the internet quality drop
@Sandra_moore30 I almost spit out my coffee reading that. That's highway robbery for speeds from 2015.

Man, does the anxiety of messing it up ever actually go away or do you just get better at ignoring it?

inMy mail carrier gave me a wake-up call about my subscription spending
Oh, careful there @the_riley - I actually did cancel two of them on the spot (the travel one and the cooking one I hadn't touched in months). But here's the thing that got me: she was totally right about me not reading them, but I kept the other two because one has my son's school project in it (long story) and the other is my guilty pleasure crossword magazine. I'm guessing you're asking because you've been in a similar spot where it's harder to let go than it should be?
