Update: I found a dryer vent run inside a Wichita motel wall that made me laugh out loud
I was out in Wichita fixing a stack of dryers at an old motel near the airport, and the maintenance guy pulled a panel off to show me the vent. Somebody had run the flex hose up, over a door frame, and back down like they were decorating a Christmas tree. The whole run was about 22 feet long with three hard bends, so no wonder every load took two cycles. He just shrugged and said the guy before him "made it fit." What is the strangest vent run you have ever pulled out of one of these old buildings?
