Found out my grocery store marks down meat at 7pm, not 8pm

I kept missing the clearance stickers by like 10 minutes every night this week. Turns out the meat department at my local Kroger in Columbus does their markdowns right at 7pm on weekdays, not the 8pm I assumed. I noticed because I walked in at 7:15 for a quick dinner grab and saw a whole shelf of 50% off pork chops and chicken thighs. I asked the guy stocking and he laughed, said 7pm sharp is when they do it. So last night I showed up at 6:50 and snagged like 4 packs of steaks for under $15 total. Anyone else figured out the exact timing at their store, or is mine just weirdly consistent?
