Hot take: a gas station in Amarillo has a sink so low I had to squat like a catcher
Stopped at a Buc-ee's outside Amarillo on my drive back from a job and the bathroom sink was mounted at what had to be knee height, I swear. I'm 6 foot 1 and I had to bend down so far my hat fell in the bowl, and a guy behind me just started laughing. Pulled out my tape measure for fun and the rim sat at 27 inches off the floor, which has to be 5 or 6 inches under normal. Was this a kids' sink that never got swapped out, or do short folks just suffer in silence everywhere? Tell me the weirdest bathroom fixture you've run into on a road trip.
