Cleaning out my old barber cabinet brought back memories

I finally sorted through my grandad's vintage cabinet that I still use in my shop. Everything has a place now, but I kind of miss the random way he had things stacked. What's one old school thing you keep around for the vibe?

Man, I get that. I still have my great uncle's old barber chair. The leather is beat-up and it doesn't even swivel right anymore, but it has a story. It just feels solid, you know? Like it was built to last, all worn down in the right spots.

My dad's old steel toolbox is like that. It's got dents and the latch is a little loose, but it just feels right. I keep my good drill bits in it even though the case is newer. The weight of it and the sound it makes when it opens, that's the good stuff.

Still use my grandad's straight razor.

Keep tools so old they'll probably outlive your great-grandkids, lol.
