Warning: my "quick" clipper deep clean took me 3 hours yesterday

I thought I could just soak my Wahl clippers in some solution and be done in 20 minutes. Nope, took me a full 3 hours taking each blade apart and scrubbing out all the hair and gunk. Anyone else had a simple cleaning job turn into an all-day thing?

oh man thats rough but yeah ive been there. i thought i could just wipe down my trimmer real quick last week and next thing i know im digging out three years worth of beard hair from a tiny screw hole

Yeah I feel that, last month I spent four hours cleaning a lint trap I swore would take ten minutes.

and honestly @black.oliver this is exactly why i keep a pair of tweezers in my bathroom drawer now, you never know when a tiny screw hole is gonna turn into a whole archaeological dig.
