Got 50 percent up front at a coffee shop in Boise and it fixed my cash flow
I was complaining to another freelancer at a cafe on 8th Street about a late payer and she said she never starts without half down, so I tried it on my next two jobs and both paid without a fight. One guy grumbled for a second, but he still signed. Any of you get pushback on deposits, and how do you handle it when they say no?
