Just realized I overpaid for a copywriting contract by $300 last month

I took a flat fee deal for a 6-page website without thinking about revisions, and ended up spending 10 extra hours rewriting sections for free. That $500 contract turned into less than minimum wage when I finally did the math. Anybody else learn this the hard way with fixed pricing?

Learned that one the hard way painting a house where they kept changing the trim color after I mixed everything.

Clients changing their mind mid project is a nightmare. You end up wasting time and materials trying to keep up with their new ideas. Always get the exact colors locked in writing before you even open a single can.
