Man, 4 months of back and forth for $2,500? I gotta disagree that it was worth it. You could've picked up almost any part time gig in that time and made more than that, and you wouldn't have the headache of wondering if you actually got a win out of it. If it's a principle thing I get it, but unless that kill fee was gonna set a precedent for future clients, I would've taken the L and moved on weeks ago. Sometimes the "win" costs more than just walking away.
