Warning: I signed a $1,200 logo contract with no late fee and the client paid 94 days after delivery
I used to think asking for a deposit was rude, so I just trusted the handshake and the email saying the check was coming. Ninety four days later I finally got paid, and I had to call their office in Boise three times and talk to a different person each time. Now I want to hear how other people write late fee terms without sounding like a bank.

Cringed when you said you had to call three separate times and explain it to a new person every time. That's the part that would break me, not even the 94 days. How did you keep your cool on those calls?
