inA buyer in Seattle told me my property photos looked 'like a bad vacation album' and honestly, they were right.
Actually, that buyer sounds kind of rude. Bad vacation albums are full of happy memories, so maybe your photos just show the place feels like a home, not a cold hotel. Some people really like seeing a property with a bit of personality and life in it. Super polished, empty photos can look fake and make a place seem unwelcoming.

inMy neighbor in Denver swore by sending a physical invoice copy after 30 days late, and it actually got a $2,500 payment from a ghosting client.
Yeah, that "paper trail feels more serious" thing is real. I've had checks arrive after months of email silence once a physical letter went out.

inSpent 11 months chasing a $2,800 invoice from a client in Boise who kept changing their payment contact.
Ugh, I once spent six months chasing a client over a busted light switch they signed off on.

inHeard a kid at the camera shop say they just throw away old film cameras instead of fixing them...
Actually, that makes sense from a business side. Fixing old film cameras is a niche skill, and parts can be impossible to find. For a shop, it's often cheaper and faster to sell someone a working used camera than to spend hours on a repair that might not even work.

inCan we talk about the coffee shop meetup I saw at Octane last week?
Always thought it was just for coffee.
