Warning: That project where we circled the rate for two months straight

Back in the day, I had a client who would reply to each email with one new tiny question about the price. It felt like we were stuck in a loop that never ended. Now I just say when I need an answer by and stick to it. Things get done way faster now. I do not miss those long waits at all.

Ever been the annoying client without realizing it? (I'm cringing at my past self here). I used to do the same thing from the other side, asking for tiny clarifications that basically just stalled everything. It took me way too long to figure out that I was the one creating the endless email loop. Setting a firm deadline for myself to make a decision was a total game-changer. Now I try to get all my questions out at once so we can both move on.

Feel that cringe too, @gray314. Been on both sides of that endless loop. Your fix about setting a personal deadline is really smart.

Wait, you figured out you were the annoying client all on your own? That's some serious self-awareness. Most people never get there. I'm stuck in one of those loops right now where every reply just asks one more tiny question and it's driving me nuts. Honestly, hearing that someone actually saw their own part in it gives me a little hope.
