Why does nobody talk about the $12k scope creep that started with ONE free revision
Met a client at a Starbucks in Denver who asked for 'just one small tweak' on a $4,500 branding job, and after 9 rounds of edits I finally pulled up our original contract, read the revision limit out loud, and sent a change order for the extra work, which she paid without a single complaint, so why do so many of us keep eating that cost instead of just pointing at the piece of paper we both signed?
