My friend told me I was watching shows wrong and I think she was right
She said I was always picking new stuff and never finishing anything, which meant I missed the full story. So for the last month, I've stuck with one show at a time and just finished all of 'The Bear' in a week. It felt way better to see the whole thing through. Do you guys have a rule for how you pick your next binge?

Disagree with @tara_martin, finishing a show feels way more satisfying.

Remember reading a study about how our brains get a little reward when we finish a story. That's probably why it feels so good to watch a final episode, @jenny_white21. You get that closed loop, like finishing a book. I get Tara's point about no rules, but I lean your way. Having that complete experience just sits better with me.
