Hit 300 games in my collection last month and half my group says I should sell the duds, the other half says keep everything for variety
I counted 47 games I haven't touched in over two years, but I get nervous that my group will suddenly want to play one and I'll have gotten rid of it. Does your storage space or budget decide your collection size, or is it more about what you actually play?

That line about "my group will suddenly want to play one and I'll have gotten rid of it" hit me hard because I used to think exactly like that. I had a shelf with maybe 150 games and kept maybe 30 of them that just sat there collecting dust because I was scared someone would ask for them someday. But then I realized nobody actually asked for those duds in like 3 years, and when I finally sold them off I didn't miss a single one. The money I got back let me buy a few new games that actually hit the table, so now I keep it tighter and focus on what gets played.
