Frozen veggie bag trick saved my weekly meal prep

I kept throwing out fresh spinach and peppers after they went bad by day three, so I tried buying the 2 pound frozen mix from Aldi for $3.49. It turns out they cook down faster than fresh and I can toss a handful into rice or pasta without any chopping. Does anyone else rely on frozen vegetables to stretch their grocery budget through the week?
