Bringing my watercolors on trips changed how I see cities
I always liked to paint, but I thought it was just for home. Last year, I packed a small set of watercolors for a trip to Lisbon. Instead of buying expensive tours, I spent afternoons sketching in parks and cafes. I found free spots with great views that guides don't mention. Now I plan my days around finding quiet places to paint, and it saves me a lot of money. Plus, I have a unique souvenir from each trip. It's made travel more personal and cheap.

Cheaper than therapy, honestly.

Seriously, is everything a mental health crisis now? Some stuff is just a bad day, not a deep issue. Feels like we're making everything way too heavy.

You know, I used to roll my eyes at that idea? But trying it for a few months really showed me how much it actually helps clear my head. Changed my whole view on it.

Wait, therapy's healthcare, not a budget thing. Sam gets that.
