Update: The rental car agent in Dublin said buy the 12 euro insurance or pay 800 if a rock hits the glass, so now I always do the math on my own card first
Called my card company from the lot, found out they already cover it, so I skip the counter upsell and just take a phone photo of every scratch before pulling out, anyone else keep a checklist for that?
