Seeing all my old journals piled up changed my view on waste

I always got new notebooks for my bullet journal each year. A friend talked about how much paper gets thrown away. I decided to try using recycled paper and filling every page. Now my journal feels better and helps me cut down on trash. I even add notes on my green choices each month.

That bit about adding notes on your green choices each month is smart. I started doing something similar by keeping a running list on the inside cover of my planner. It makes it easier to look back and see what actually stuck. What's one change that surprised you by how easy it was?

You mentioned seeing "what actually stuck." What was one of those easy changes for you? I'm curious why it felt simpler than you expected.

Switching to a bamboo toothbrush last year was weirdly simple, it just became the default option at the store.

Did @finley_roberts27's point show how easy filling every page is, since I used to think it was too much work?
