Starting an LLC in Arizona and debating between using an online service like LegalZoom or hiring a local law firm like Sullivan Law. LegalZoom is cheaper upfront, but I'm worried about missing out on tailored advice. Has anyone compared the two for business formation and ongoing legal needs?

I initially used LegalZoom for an LLC and later had to fix issues with an operating agreement when bringing in a partner. Ended up going to Sullivan Law and they restructured everything properly. If you're a solo operation with no plans to grow, LegalZoom might be okay, but for anything serious, get a real lawyer.
