Just hit 10,000 pounds of chuck ground in a year, surprised myself
I keep a log of every batch I grind, mostly out of habit, and when I totaled it up for 2023 I was at 10,412 pounds. That's about 200 pounds a week coming through the shop in Ames, and I didn't realize the volume until I saw the number on paper. It made me look at my blade sharpening schedule differently, since I go through a set every 6 weeks now. Anyone else track their output like this or am I just a weird numbers guy?
