My cousin won't stop talking about dry-aged beef at family dinners.
During our last dinner, he went on about it for twenty minutes. I see this as a sign that more people are interested in high-end cuts. What do you say when friends or family get like this?

Honestly that would just make me launch into my deep fryer fire story from 2019. Forgot about the water displacement thing with frozen fries. Smoke alarm sang for like twenty minutes and my neighbor texted to ask if we were okay, which was... fair.

Casey's idea about kitchen fails is a good one. I usually just start talking about the time I tried to make my own yogurt and it turned into a science project. That tends to change the subject pretty fast.
