Shoutout to the old timer in Boise who said to break down primals before the lunch rush
I started prepping my case at 6am instead of 9am last month and my afternoon trim yield jumped maybe 15 percent, mostly because I am not rushing through silver skin when tickets are piling up, has anyone else noticed the time of day changes how clean their cuts come out?
