Caught a customer's basement before and after, took 7 hours of pure chaos

I ran a service call in Dayton last Tuesday for a flickering outlet, and when I opened the panel, the previous installer had left loose neutrals so bad that one tap sent the whole basement dark. I spent the next 7 hours reterminating every splice and labeling the runs, then took a photo for my records. Has anyone else walked into a job that looked fine on the surface but turned out to be a total time bomb underneath?
