Took a $22/hr warehouse job to practice interviews, and it turned into a $31/hr floor lead spot in 4 months
I only wanted reps answering 'tell me about a time' questions without sweating, but my supervisor in Reno pulled me aside in March and asked if I wanted to train new hires. Has anyone else taken a job below their skill level just to get comfortable in the room, and did it backfire on you?
