Serious question, I just hit 90 days overdue on an invoice for the first time ever.

It was for a $2,500 branding project and the client just ghosted after the final files were sent. Has anyone else had a payment go this long silent, and what finally got a response?

Actually, a formal demand letter is the real grown-up move. "I'm telling mom" is more like threatening to call a lawyer before you even try to fix it yourself. You gotta send the paper trail first, right? Otherwise you're just complaining.
