Serious question, my invoice portal locked me out 2 days before $3,400 was due
Their billing site kept throwing a 502 error every time I hit submit, so I called the client's AP lady in Denver and she just had me email the PDF straight to her. Has anyone else had a portal die on them right at the deadline, and what did you do to get proof it went through?

Emailed AP in Denver too, got a read receipt back in 20 min.
