Got yelled at by a server over 2 steaks that sat at the pass for 6 seconds and now I'm questioning the whole ticket system
Last Friday during the dinner rush at our place in Portland I fired two ribeyes to mid rare, plated them in under a minute, and the server still chewed me out in front of the line because they sat at the pass while she was cashing out a table, so how long is stuff actually supposed to sit before it's my fault?
