Update: that walk-in cooler gasket job I quoted at 1 hour took me 5
Quoted a guy in Fresno 1 hour to swap the torn gasket on his True walk-in cooler last Tuesday. The old one was glued down with something like tar and I spent 3 hours just scraping it off with a putty knife and a heat gun. Then the new gasket was 1/4 inch too long and I had to trim and re-seat it twice. How do you all handle gasket quotes when you can not see the door frame until you show up?
