Talked to an old sweep at a job in Decatur and it changed how I clean flues
He said I was wasting time scrubbing every inch when I should focus on the top third and the smoke shelf, so I tried it on a 30-foot brick flue yesterday and cut my time in half, has anyone else found certain sections matter way more than others?
