Last Tuesday in Boise, a lady refused to let me start the sweep until the flue was completely cold, even after a week of 20 degree nights. She stood there timing me with her phone, then asked why I didn't use a camera on every job. I explained my price already covers that, but she just wanted a debate, not a service.
