Client asked me to "just make it pop" for the 4th time on a $500 logo, so I finally walked
Last Tuesday I got the 4th round of notes on a logo I priced at $500, and the only feedback was "make it pop more." I had already sent 11 versions over 3 weeks and each time she replied with one line and no direction. When I asked what "pop" meant to her, she said I should know since I'm the designer, which told me she was never going to be happy. I refunded her and ended it that night. How do you all handle the vague feedback clients who treat revisions like a slot machine?

Asking her what "pop" meant was like asking my dog to explain quantum physics, just a lot of blank staring on both sides lol. Some clients think revisions are a claw machine and eventually the design will just fall out perfect.
