I finally noticed my client was ghosting me every time I sent a rough draft

After the third time she vanished for 2 weeks and then blamed me for delays, I checked her email read receipts and realized she had opened my drafts every single time but just didn't want to pay for revisions.

Take a step back and think about this from her side. She opened your drafts, she saw the work, but maybe she didn't think it was ready to pay for yet. If you're sending rough drafts that need a lot of changes, she probably doesn't want to get charged for every little fix.

Wait she OPENED the drafts but didn't pay? That's wild to me. Like what was she expecting if she opened them up and saw the work was done?
