Question about why everyone says fire the 20% worst clients when I lost money doing that
Dropped 6 of my 11 clients back in March because they were the "problem" ones, and my income fell by $2,100 a month while the drama barely changed. Sometimes the loud ones are the ones paying your rent, so has anyone else tried just raising their rate on the tough ones instead of cutting them?
