Watched a client delete 3 months of work in 10 minutes

Last Thursday in a Zoom call, my client at Brightline Media decided to 'clean up' our shared drive while we were live. She dragged the entire campaign folder into the trash without realizing it, right in front of me. I had backups from Tuesday, so we only lost 2 days of tweaks, but now I run a version check before every call. Anyone else have clients who touch files they don't understand?
