Guy at a hardware store in Fort Worth asked me to 'swing by' during rush hour and I already know he's not signing anything
I was at his shop for a quote on a $4,200 bathroom job and he kept answering calls from a guy he called 'my cousin the lawyer,' then asked me to come back Friday at 5pm to talk terms in his parking lot, which is about as clear a sign as you get that the paperwork will never be the point.
