Why does nobody talk about the client who sends a 2am email with 15 bullet points of 'small tweaks'?

I realized I was undervaluing my time when I spent 6 hours on a $200 logo revision after they sent that list, and now I always ask for a single point of contact and a clear revision limit in the contract.

Ugh, that's the worst! I once had a "small tweak" list that basically asked for a whole new design (which, of course, took all day).

My last contract had a three revision max. After that, it's a new project fee. Stops the endless tweaks.

Honestly, my buddy had a client like that, and it was basically what @lee582 said, a whole new design they wanted for free.
