Vent: dropped $190 on a gooseneck kettle with temp control and I was so wrong about it being a gimmick
Snagged a used Bonavita at a garage sale in Columbus for 12 bucks after calling temp-control kettles a waste of money for two solid years, and now my pour overs taste so much cleaner that I honestly can't tell if it's the kettle or if I just got better at pouring, so somebody please tell me I'm not imagining things.
