A dude at Baltimore Comic Con spent 40 minutes explaining why my bagged comics were worthless
He pointed out my 1991 X-Men #1 was a reprint and I'd been treating it like gold for 3 months. Now I check the copyright page before I even crack a bag, and my wallet is safer for it. How do you guys verify a book's worth before you buy from a random table?
