Found out I was inflating my drysuit wrong for 6 years and it cost me a valve in Galveston
I was doing a quick prep in the yard in Galveston last week and this older guy watched me hook up my low pressure hose straight to the suit. He asked why I wasn't using the inflator valve to control flow. I said that's how I was trained back in 2018. He pulled his valve apart right there and showed me the inside was chewed up from years of full pressure hits. Mine looked the same. How do you all regulate your suit inflate, do you feather the valve or just crack the tank?
