Shoutout to the guy who backed his truck into my freshly finished slab in OKC
Pouring a 30x40 shop slab out near Yukon last Friday and we had just got the power trowel off it, still green, maybe 3 hours in. Neighbor guy shows up to "check the work" and backs his F250 right over the corner closest to the road. Two big ruts, half inch deep, right through the cream. I wanted to scream but he was already crying about his bumper, so I just laughed. We cut out the busted corner with a quick saw, patched it with some leftover mix, and honestly with a broom finish you can hardly tell now. Boss docked me nothing because he saw the whole thing on the camera. Any of yall got a good story of a client or bystander wrecking wet work before you even packed up?
