Crowdsourced maps vs. official road updates, one wins every time in my route

I kept hitting closed bridges using the county's official detour list near Tacoma, then switched to checking three local Facebook groups instead. Found out the official list was six weeks behind on a landslide repair. Has anyone else noticed the official channels are always the last to know?

Must be nice having official sources that are only six weeks behind. Ours are still telling people to watch for that bridge that collapsed in 2019.
