Rant: everyone here says never sign a 3 year term, but my 36 month lease in Dayton saved me $4,800
Tbh the crowd on this board always pushes month to month as the safe play, but a 36 month copy machine lease I signed in Dayton ran me $133 a month instead of $267 for the same box. The part nobody talks about is the buyout clause: mine was 10% of the original price in writing, so ask for that number before you sign off on the short term.

You did the one thing that actually matters here.
