Why does everyone trust a handshake clause over a written one in Pine Bluff?
A buddy in Little Rock swore a verbal side deal with a supplier was fine so I skipped adding the late fee language to the paper, but when the shipment hit 3 weeks late I had no teeth to push back on the extra $400 charge, so which do you lean on when a handshake and a contract disagree?

Read a contract lawyer say handshakes die the second money gets tight. Paper saves you every time.
