Rant: a guy at a print shop in Mesa told me he keeps every client email for 7 years, and it got me thinking
I was picking up some proofs last Tuesday and he mentioned 7 years in passing, like it was nothing. I went home and dug up a nasty email chain from a client back in 2021 who tried to say I never delivered the files, and there it was. What do you all keep as proof, just emails, or do you screenshot everything too?
