Can we stop handing out space buns like it's 2016?

I had a bride in Tacoma last month show me a Pinterest pic with a sleek low knot, and three stylists before me gave her the same puffy bun with flyaways everywhere. It took me 20 extra minutes to fix the tension so the whole thing didn't look like a beehive on a windy day. Has anyone else noticed the trend of ignoring face shape when clients ask for this style?

Preach it, I fixed the exact same mess on a bride last month and nearly gave up halfway through...

The puffy bun problem is real, and it's always about the hairline and jaw shape. A low knot works on someone with a sharp jaw, but on a round face it just looks like a helmet. Matching the style to the face takes two minutes of thought, but everyone skips that step now.
